Colored Pencil Renderings

Colored pencils are my favorite medium for portraits and more realistic applications.

While not a commission, it is still my favorite piece. This is my 2010 Xmas gift to my mother – colored pencil drawing of a favorite photo of us at her wedding. I’m unsure if I’d ever be able to top this gift. My grand mother gave me the headpiece and I cut out the ribbons and framed it in with the picture.
This commission was for a coworker who wanted a colored pencil rendering of this picture.
This is one of my favorites! Commissioned by a friend who had this awesome picture of her baby.

Other colored pencil drawings, both commissioned and just for funsies:

Having fun with concepts and colored pencils while watching The Good Place.
